# Alipay Payments 

> Learn how to pay with Alipay and what to expect during payment processing

## Payment

Select **Alipay** at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment. Make sure you're not using a VPN, as it may cause checkout errors.

  Alipay is available exclusively in the Asia region.

  ### Product support

  Alipay doesn't currently support **Datacenter Pay/IP** plans, **Static Residential (ISP) Pay/IP** plans, or **free trials**. Use another payment method for these products.

  Alternatively, top up your **Wallet** with Alipay and use the Wallet funds to purchase them.

## Payment processing

Alipay payments are processed by **Cleverbridge** and may take **2-4 business days** to complete. You'll receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

* If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.
* If your payment takes longer than 4 business days to process, contact [our support team](https://direct.lc.chat/12092754).
* You can also contact Cleverbridge directly at [**cs@cleverbridge.com**](mailto:cs@cleverbridge.com) for help with payment processing.

## Refunds

If you're eligible for a refund under our [**Refund Policy**](/refund-policy), contact our support team.

Alipay payments may take **2-4 business days** to process, and only fully processed payments can be refunded. If your payment is still processing, we'll contact Cleverbridge for assistance. In most cases, we'll need to wait until the payment has been fully processed before issuing a refund.

  Refunding an active subscription will end it, and you'll no longer be able to use the associated services.

### Refund processing

If your refund request takes more than **5 business days** to review or process, contact [our support team](https://direct.lc.chat/12092754). We'll contact Cleverbridge on your behalf to check the status of the refund.
