Payment
You can find the Alipay payment option at checkout, select it, and fill out the details.
Alipay Is Available Exclusively In The Asia Region.
Product Support
Currently, Alipay does not support Datacenter Pay/IP plans, Static Residential (ISP) Pay/IP plans, and Residential trials. Please use another payment method.Alternatively, top up your Wallet with tokens via Alipay and then purchase these plans with the tokens.
VPN Issues
Please ensure that you do not use a VPN while making a purchase to avoid checkout errors.
Payment Processing
Alipay payments are handled by our payment processor, Cleverbridge. Any issues are addressed on their side. It might take 2-4 business days for an Alipay payment to be processed. You will receive an email confirming the payment once it has successfully finished processing.
- If you still have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk email folders.
- If payments take longer to process than described above, please click here to contact our support team.
- Alternatively, you can contact Cleverbridge support directly via email cs@cleverbridge.com and clarify why it is taking longer than usual to process this payment.
Refunds
Please contact our payment processor, Cleverbridge, directly via cs@cleverbridge.com. Our payment processor will handle the request.
Refund Processing
- If the refund request takes more than five business days to review or process, please inform us. We will then contact Cleverbridge on your behalf to clarify why it is taking longer than usual to approve or issue the refund.
