Payment methods we accept
- Credit/debit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other supported card providers.
- PayPal – Processed securely through your PayPal account.
- Apple Pay & Google Pay – Availability depends on your browser and device. Apple Pay is only available in Safari.
- Cryptocurrency – Processed via CoinGate. See Crypto Payments for the full list of supported coins.
- Alipay – Available in Asia and processed via Cleverbridge. See Alipay Payments for details.
- Wallet – A prepaid balance available in your Decodo dashboard. You can top up your Wallet using any listed payment method above. Once topped up, you can make purchases using the tokens available in your Wallet – the Wallet supports both one-time payments and recurring subscriptions for all products. Wire transfers aren’t available as a self-service payment method. It’s only used for Custom/Enterprise subscriptions, arranged through your account manager.
