How to be eligible

  • Maintain an active subscription through self-service or have your Wallet topped up at least 15 days ago to become an advocate of the referral program.
  • You can refer new users who do not yet have a Decodo account.
  • Bonuses are paid to both parties after 15 days of the Friend’s first transaction (direct subscription purchase or wallet top-up).
  • Bonuses are paid in the form of wallet credits.
  • Bonuses are paid for self-service plans purchased through the Decodo dashboard (bonuses are not paid for custom or enterprise plans).
  • You can refer an unlimited number of friends.
  • Once an advocate – always an advocate, no matter your subscription status.

Refunds

  • The referral program does not apply to refunded payments.
  • If you refund a subscription or a wallet payment to the original payment method, the referral program will cease.
  • If the friend you referred refunds or charges back the payment to the original payment method, bonuses will not be paid.

Cancelled Subscriptions

  • Cancellation of the subscription during the 15-day eligibility period will result in the loss of eligibility for the referral bonus.

Once you are eligible, the referral link will be available in the Referrals section of your dashboard.
  • Each referral link is unique (the example below is blurred out).

Examples

  • An advocate invites a friend to join Decodo. The friend registers and purchases a $150 subscription. After 15 days, both the friend and the advocate get $45 each in their wallets.
  • An advocate invites a friend to join Decodo. The friend registers and purchases a $200 wallet top-up. After 15 days, both the friend and the advocate get $60 each in their wallets.
  • An advocate invites a friend to join Decodo. The friend registers and purchases a $300 subscription, but after a few days, it is refunded. Neither the advocate nor the Friend receives a bonus.
  • An advocate invites a friend to join Decodo. The friend contacts the sales team, who create a custom subscription for that customer. Neither the friend nor the advocate earns a bonus.
