The most common payment issue is this error: This payment was declined by your bank. Please try again, or use a different payment method. Contact your bank for further information. The bank can issue a decline for various reasons, such as insufficient funds, if the bank deems the transaction fraudulent, or if an invalid CVV code is provided in the details.

PayPal

Please make sure that all the details you have entered are correct. If you’re using PayPal, ensure your credit card is linked to the PayPal account.
Transactions coming directly from a PayPal account will be declined by our payment processor due to the high risk of fraudulent transactions.
