- Each time you send a request through a proxy, it creates a session.
- If you send multiple requests at the same time, you are running multiple concurrent sessions.
Browsing webpages may generate multiple threads even with a single session to load various resources.
Dynamic Thread Limitations
To ensure fair use of services and maintain optimal performance for all customers, we apply the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for unlimited traffic options when both of the following conditions are met:- Total traffic usage for a subscription period exceeds
10TB, AND - Traffic per individual IP exceeds
25GB.
How FUP Limitations Work
Once your usage exceeds the traffic limits described above, we take measures to ensure fair usage across all users and reduce the number of concurrent sessions available for the remaining subscription period. The dynamic threshold is calculated as25GBfor every IP . For example:- If you have purchased
1000IPs and a limit of5000threads, the FUP threshhold will be25TB(25GBtimes1000). Once this limit of25TBis reached and the fair usage policy applied, concurrent sessions will be reduced from5000threads to a limit of10. - However, If you have purchased
100IPs, the FUP limitations will only take affect if you exceed10TBof data usage.
- The fair usage policy limitations are reset after a new subscription period is started.
Default Thread Limitations
During checkout, you can select from two options for the number of concurrent sessions:1000threads – default price.5000threads – for an extra+40%of the plan price.- You can adjust these limits during manual renewal, upgrade, or downgrade.
