ixBrowser Proxy Setup Guide for Windows

Getting Started

  1. First, create an account here.
  2. Then download ixBrowser on your device.

Proxy Setup

  1. Once installed, log into your account, and on the left side navigate to Browser Profile,
    click on it, then select Create Profile.

  1. Next, click Proxy Configuration.

  1. Select the Proxy method as Custom, and choose the Proxy Type (HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5). Next, input the proxy details, which can be found on your Decodo dashboard. Here's an example for residential proxies:
    • Host: gate.decodo.com
    • Port: 7000
    • Proxy Account: Input yourproxy username
    • Proxy Password: Input your proxy password

  1. Once the details are entered, click Create in the bottom right corner. (You can also double-check that the proxy is working by clicking Proxy detection.)

  1. That should be it! Click Open, and your profile should launch with our active proxies.

Checking the Proxy IP / Connection

  1. Launch the created profile from the main menu.
  2. Visit ip.decodo.com to check the current IP address and location.
